Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, and would like to return an item(s) for an exchange or refund, we will gladly accept your request. You may exchange or return item(s) within 15 days of the original receipt date as long as it meets the guidelines for particular merchandise listed below. Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the original transaction after items have been received by Stella Star Soaps & Candles and deemed acceptable.


Qualifying Criteria for Returns and Exchanges

Soaps & Candles

  • All soaps & candles must be unused, in brand new condition, and in original packaging.
  • Soaps & candles must be unused, never lit, and clean - no pet hair, no human hair, no burn marks, no smoke odor.
  • Soaps & candles that have been used and/or soiled are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Bath Supplies

  • Bath products must be unopened an in original packaging. No exceptions.


Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless allowed and noted by a Stella Star Soaps & Candles employee before shipping returned item(s). Stella Star Soaps & Candles does not accept C.O.D’s on returned items. We strongly suggest to ship returned items in the original box your order was shipped in and return the package using UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS.
